The Delphi Murders: Who is the Man on the Bridge?

Best friends, Abby Williams, 13, and Libby German, 14, were enjoying a day off from eighth-grade on Feb. 13, 2017, in Delphi, Indiana, when they asked Libby’s older sister, Kelsi, to drive them to the Delphi Historic Trails for a hike on the popular outdoor trail. She dropped them off around 2pm near the Monon High Bridge, an abandoned railroad bridge over Deer Creek. When she came back to pick them up a few hours later, they were nowhere to be seen.

The next day, their bodies were found about three-quarters of a mile from where they’d been dropped off. But, what their attacker didn’t know, was that Libby managed to record video and audio of him before she died. Now Delphi police want your help: Do YOU know who the man on the bridge is? Listen and decide.
